Westwood V Homeowners
Association work to ensure the following:

Enhance the property values of all owners.

Improve the neighborhood with capital improvements using
a prudent method of spending and detailed budgeting for
the biggest return on the homeowners assessments.

Educate all homeowners of the responsibilities of both
Westwood V Homeowners
Association and also the responsibilities of the
Homeowner to the Association.

Work with the city, county and area governments to
cooperate to provide a safe,
secure, and clean environment for all homeowners.
-
Create an open exchange of ideas, monetary actions, and
deed restrictions so all Home Owners feel comfortable to
come to the meetings, e-mail, or visit with board
members regarding questions or issues they may have.

Treat each homeowner with respect and in return expect
the homeowner to treat the association with the same
respect.
